Within walking distance of Cala Lanuza, we are realising a unique boutique project with luxury holiday homes. Dormio Residence Costa Blanca consists of 16 residences, suitable for 4 to 6 people. Many of the residences have one or two extra rooms and each residence has at least two spacious and sunny terraces. You can furnish both the extra rooms and your terraces entirely according to your own style and wishes. A unique feature of these holiday homes is that they are residential, so you can live here all year round!

Customization in a unique setting

As an owner of one of these residences, we offer you the unique opportunity to make your home completely your own! Many of the residences have one or even two extra rooms. You can furnish these room(s) completely as you wish. For example, with a private cinema, bar or wellness area. We will be happy to discuss the possibilities with you! In addition, each residence has at least 2 terraces, with total terrace surfaces varying from 50 m2 to as much as 230 m2. You can furnish these to your wishes as well, with an outdoor kitchen, hot tub or even a swimming pool in some cases. It is also possible to create a so-called altitude chamber, where you can lower the air pressure in the room. This is especially interesting for top athletes.

High-quality facilities

The complex is enriched by a large swimming pool, a fenced-in playing field where you can play football and basketball, and a boules court. As a homeowner of one of the residences, you can also use the many of the facilities of the neighboring Dormio Resort Costa Blanca Beach & Spa such as the restaurants Nuzza Beach & Terrace and Paqui's Tapas Bar & Deli, which also has a minimarket for daily groceries, the spa and the Mio Kids Club.

Unlimited personal use

Unique at Dormio Residence Costa Blanca is that you are allowed unlimited use of your luxury holiday home! The project has a residential destination, which means that permanent residence is allowed. Of course, you can also choose to (partially) rent out your holiday home. Your residence will then be professionally rented out and managed by Dormio Resorts & Hotels. This makes your second home not only a purchase to enjoy extensively yourself, but also a profitable investment.
